This was announced by GPTW on August 1, 2025, after a Trust Index survey conducted in July showed that 92% percent of BancNet employees said that it is a great place to work. The prestigious award was based entirely on what current employees said about their experience working at BancNet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GPTW\u2019s workplace certification is based on its proprietary model and platform, and its evaluation criteria are related to trust, employee experience, leadership behavior, and culture. Through its surveys, the US-based workplace culture authority has gathered deep insights into what truly makes a workplace great.
