Currently, there are over 12,700 terminals at 3,200 merchant sites nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>Cited for the highest volume of bills payment transactions made by BancNet cardholders in 2009 were:<\/p>\n<p>1st place: Citibank Credit Cards<br \/>\n2nd place: HSBC Credit Cards<br \/>\n3rd place: Globe Telecom<br \/>\n4th place: PLDT<br \/>\n5th place: Meralco<\/p>\n<p>There are 79 companies whose billings can be paid by BancNet cardholders through BancNet\u2019s electronic channels- the ATM, BancNet Online, mobile phones, and payment terminals.
